I dreamt of Luanne, and this is what she looked like.

Now in my waking hours, I don't exactly remember if the tears were washing away the humanity, or if the tears themselves were the non-human quality seeping out of her. Either way, she wasn't too happy about it. Which hardly seems like the character for the comic.
